Customer Reviews
Detailed feedback on a recent order
I placed an order last week for a 50ml 'Super Berry Sherbet' shortfill and some nic shots. The website navigation was clear, and I easily found what I was looking for. Checkout was smooth; I used a multi-buy deal which applied automatically. Confirmation email came right away. Delivery took 4 days to reach my address in Manchester, which was within the estimated timeframe. The packaging was secure, no leaks or damage. The e-liquid itself is exactly as described, good flavor intensity and vapor production in my sub-ohm tank. I didn't need to contact support, so can't comment on that, but based on this experience, I'd say they're reliable. The overall quality of the product met my expectations for a high VG liquid.
Love the Cherry Bakewell!
Just received my order of the 'Cherry Bakewell' shortfill and it's fantastic! This is my absolute favorite flavor, it's so rich and authentic. Ordered it Wednesday and it got here by Friday. I'm definitely going to order more next month and I've already told my friend about their dessert flavors!
Easy shopping experience
Needed some new e-liquid so I picked up a couple of their 'Mango Raspberry Ice Cream' 10ml bottles. Website was straightforward to use and finding what I wanted was easy enough. Got it delivered pretty quick too. Overall, no fuss, good stuff.
Good value for a first-timer
This was my first time ordering from Double Drip. I saw their multi-buy deal on 10ml e-liquids, which was like 4 for 10 pounds. I grabbed the 'Lemon Sherbet' and 'Strawberry Banana Waffle'. Felt like a decent saving compared to my local shop. The shipping was free too, which helped with the budget. Everything arrived fine, pretty happy with the purchase.
Always reliable, good flavors
I've ordered from Double Drip several times now, and it's always consistent. This time I got a few more of the 'Raspberry Sherbet' shortfills, and they're just as good as the last batch. Delivery took 3 days to get here in Birmingham, which is standard for them. Never had an issue.
Mostly good, one small hiccup
I ordered the 'Caramel Tobacco' 50ml shortfill and a starter kit. The kit works well, and the e-liquid flavor is decent, not too sweet. Shipping took 5 days to reach Denver, which was a bit longer than I hoped, but I understand it's international. Everything was well-packaged. The only minor thing was that the tracking update wasn't super frequent for a couple of days in the middle. But for the price, it was a good deal overall.
